UPDATE : GG500 – WORK IN PROGRESS…
Dear Users
But for the radio silence from my side due to a week long break I took, I wanted to assure you that I am aware of the bug you all reported about clicking ‘eda’ and the enusing inactive Topspin/IconNMR interface.
I am working on this and will update you once a resolution is in sight. Until that time, please follow the PostIt TIP that Adrienne has displayed next to the computer i.e. please click only on ‘ased’.
A refresher about ‘ased’ :
The ased command parses the specific pulse program a.k.a. the actual experiment you are trying to run and cherry picks only those parameters that are relevant for your experiment. It makes the job easier for you and fortunately ased works as expected.
In this regard the eda command is pretty useless since it gives an interface to the whole laundry list of all possible parameters (that can run to 200+, technically speaking) regardless of what you are trying to do.
So, it makes sense just to avoid playing with the eda command altogether !
Thank you for your attention and co-operation.
