Dear Users

First of, thank you for your patience.

The computer driving the instrument needed a complete replacement, which is an elaborate operation involving properly restoring data and configuration files and make sure that the spectrometer is being driven correctly by this new PC.  These operations are largely done.

Quite independent of this, recently we noticed that the Shimming results have been failing to the point of being unacceptable  and needed immediate troubleshooting and remedial measures.  That is what is going on as we speak.

In summary :

• The instrument will be depolyed for regular use before the end of today.
• You will not see your old data files immediately in the file tree. But, we will be restoring them from the older PC gradually.
