We are aware of the issue noticed by most of you where the VT heater simply shuts itself off, leaving the cold air in the probe which might even freeze some high freezing point solvents such as DMSO.  Since there are more than one possible cause, that might involve the ATMA Probe also, we are preparing to put a backup plan for AV301, if the ATMA BBI has to be pulled.   In the interim, we will remove the Air Chiller unit and feed just house air into the probe to avoid the above said problem.   Further updates will be posted, as we make progress on this.
