The wobb issue with 1H on the av300 BBI probe is mostly likely caused by a user using fingers to tune or by using the tune tool at an angle, putting strain on the tune rod and popping it out of the connection within the probe. Please be extra careful when tuning and matching any probe to only use the tune tool and to be sure it is fully vertical with the tune rod.
In addition, when leaving a comment about tuning/matching, please copy any errors that you encounter or describe the difficulty explicitly. Unfortunately, trouble-shooting “cannot wobb” which is a commonly used comment for a number of different issues does not always resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Also unable to wobb the 300
unable to wobb on 1H
Was able to wobb P-31 but not proton
Unable to spin sample.
Unable to shim well- shimming is very sensitive.
cannot shim, tried to take spectrum, looks like sinusoidal function with a node
Signal during lock is atypical – looks like a dampening sinusoidal function with a node in the middle. Unable to lock properly because of it.
Unable to eject dummy sample.
