301 would not let me log in and then tried to restart itself and got stuck
Spin is maybe malfuntioning? Light never gets to steady on, just blinks.
I am consistently seeing an “artifact” at my o1p value in the 1H (-30 ppm, looking for a M-H). I am taking a 1H spectrum in protio-benzene in the up-field region. I’m not sure how to fix this issue, or if it is just inherent to what I am trying to do.
Spinning is not stable. It does not stabilize, and will stop after a while.
The noisy, wiggly wobble curve still persists. We will keep working on the problem.
Still unable to log onto the AV300.
When I was trying to do tuning and shimming, I couldn’t see the peak. Also, tuning and shimming for H1 is not working.
Tuning and matching the probe for 1H are not working.
Received the following error at the completion of my scans:
Error in SGU-2: Error 110 in SGU2: AL SLOT 4 RACK 1: Emergency stop activated, SGU reseted.
My spectra appeared fine and there where no other noticeable problems with the instrument.
I was able to shim on THF-d8 however the peaks in 1H were very broad. Cannot resolve most couplings. Travis Lekich also tried to record a spectrum after me and observed the same problem with a new sample. The 1H and 31P wobb curves were also observed to be jumpy prior to adjusting tuning and matching.
