  • Troy Becker says:

    topshim not working properly

  • Travis says:

Locking onto C6D6 would not work..

  • Adrienne Roehrich says:

The source of the problem was a user dropped their sample into the magnet without first placing it in the sample spinner.

Please always use the sample spinner!

    The av300 is operational.

  • Tori says:

Actually the NMR is not taking a spectrum of my sample. it looks like just a large DCM peak and I am running a commercial sample which should be pure and clean.

  • Tori says:

After injecting the sample, it never goes from the missing to down command. I can still take NMR, but the light never changes.

  • Troy Becker says:

Had to use the lock command twice to get an accurate signal for sample

  • Karena Smoll says:

The lock is not working on the 300. I tried locking on CD2Cl2 and no luck.

  • Jeffrey says:

1H atma not working. Tried atmm, but dip wouldn’t move regardless of how much tuning and matching was changed. Ended up switching to AV301

  • Travis says:

The 31P atma command is still incredibly slow: timed at 5 minutes to complete. I had the same error as Jenny when I tried to stop the atma and restart (and also try atmm).

  • Jenny says:

31P atma was taking a very long time so I switched to atmm but couldn’t center at all. Then I got stuck in a cycle where I tried to “stop” and then restart the atma but it said that atma was already running although it wasn’t showing up…not sure how to properly cancel atma beyond “stop”.
