The instrument didn’t lock properly on DMSO-d6
Had trouble locking on d8-toluene
The AV301 was not ejecting samples last night, and the AV300 is not locking today. Also, the VTU on the AV300 is reading at 670 K so that isn’t very good. Just wanted to let you know.
atma taking really long. atmm also doesn’t allow enough tuning to get the dip.
There is sign showing sample is missing. Not sure from when.
So I did not log in and left a note in the table.
Multiple error messages prevented ATMA and topshim from operating correctly.
Topspin said lock finished but the pop-up message said “PrepareLock- lock is off: please lock in prior to shimming” when topshim. The lock display shows it’s not locked.
lock was successful but when trying to topshim, it says lock prior to shimming
Lock is not working appropriately. When typing lock the instrument thinks it locks but the panel button doesn’t light up, and the lock display reveals it’s not locked. Pressing the button on the panel causes it to blink forever, pressing it again causes it to lock.
Topshim isn’t working. It’s saying to lock prior to shimming but I had already done so.
