Unable to open lock display using command “lockdisp” nor through menu–>spectrometer—>accessories—>digital lock system–>lock signal

The RGA is being set to 46000 something and it will not wobb.

The slowdown is random and infrequent at this time. We are taking steps to rectify this intermittent issue. If NMR bogs down, simply logout and book time on another instrument. Thank you for your patience.

  • Kelli Takaki says:

Program took a long time to load (more than 5 minutes) and was very slow in responding to any commands. Was unable to take a proton NMR in the 10 minute time slot and took a few minutes to log out.

  • Brandon Stickelmeyer says:

Lock is taking a very long time.

  • Paul Miller says:

Problem identified and fixed. Working normal.

  • Mike Larsen says:

Unable to lock either CDCl3 or CD3CN – appears as though auto lock not working. Attempted manual locking and that didn’t work either.

  • Diana rasner says:

Lock took much longer than normal ran out of time to run proton experiement
