Was unable to login to this instrument. Or the standalone computer. Was able to login to the 301 just fine though.
The control panel never says the sample is down and it’s always missing. The command line says the inject is compete and topshim and the spectra run fine but the sample is always “missing”
I couldn’t eject the nmr standard today. It kept saying “spin rate error” and then “ej complete” but wouldn’t actually eject the standard.
Computer not connected with NMR instrument
Topshim fails, says sample is not locked in even though lockn: finished.
NMR will not lock on CDCl3. and now instrument will not eject my sample with both ej and BSMS keyboard.
Same issue for me. Topshim fails with “Signal-to-noise too low”
Topshim fails with error “Signal to noise is too low”
Sample will not eject. Error: Error 167:LOCKAP DSP Command not accepted.
Received an error something like this today:
Error 110 in SGU1-Emergency stop activated, SGU reseted
