  • James says:

Would not tune and match (took 5 minutes attempting to match but never succeeded and timed out).

  • Micaela Homer says:

Would not do the topshim command. The error was signal to noise too low. The user before me (Jon Kephart) commented to me that when he was using the instrument it would not tune the first time, but after quitting and restarting, he got it to work fine. ATMA was fine for me.

  • Jack Geary says:

ATMA extremely slow and could not lock on solvent (DMSO).

  • Dianne Xiao says:

Could not log on — would say “incorrect password” even when I was positive the password was typed correctly.

  • Megan says:

for the last week or so AV300 does not lock on CDCl3 the first time I try to get the solvent lock. when I pull up the lock display its clear its not locked even though it says “completed”. When I retype “lock cdcl3” it works no problem.

  • Ben says:

    Computer froze after logging in

  • Meredith Pomfret says:

Tried to eject decoy, got an error that said “spin rate read error”

  • Matt Golder says:

Still kicks out users after signing in

  • Teng-Wei Wang says:

Immediately upon logging in the computer automatically logs me out.

  • John says:
