Update: the third time I tried logging in I finally got the standard out.
I cannot get the standard sample to eject either through the software or on the panel. It keeps reading spin rate error. I tried logging out and logging back in but that also did not solve the problem.
The atma was taking very long time (> 5 minutes) so I had to use atmm which didnt seem to load the wobb curve. The topshim took over 7 minutes to complete, and the rga and zg wouldnt start because “cannot initialize log. receiver 1 channel”.
After running rsh for the new probe, choosing solvent in the EDC window and locking prior to ATMA it still would not tune/match for more than 5 minutes. ATMM give message: “Error: channel can’t be wobbled with this probe “
ATMA could not “see the dip.” ATMM gave an error stating that channel cannot be wobbled with this probe, no channel for :1H. Following error atma info could not select probe channels.
ATMA (my understanding was that this probe was put in today, but this may be my problem if not) won’t run and the tuning and matching looks very off. It says it’s not connected to the 1H probe.
When trying to load standard shim file I got this:
Warning:
ShimFile ‘/opt/topspin/exp/stan/nmr/lists/bsms/stdbbo’ was not stored with the same Probe
tunning and matching still takes forever if successful at all. this has been a problem for over a week. it is no longer possible to take 1 proton NMR in a 10 min reservation if at all.
atma had to be stopped and restarted to be successful. Very slow.
atma and wobb are taking forever and rarely successful. eventually it “aborts”
