    the lock window would not display either by typing lockdisp or by clicking the icon.

    I will be performing a lineshape optimization starting tomorrow afternoon. Let us revisit this problem once that is completed.

    I have been having the same problem as Frances. I haven’t been able get a good shim for a sample in CDCl3 and observe asymmetrical peaks with multiple maxima.

    I will take a look. If you happen to have the same sample that gave you the lineshape problem, it will be quite helpful to look at the same.

    Have been repeatedly unable to get a good shim for a sample in MeOD–observe asymmetrical peaks with multiple maxima.

    Unable to login – tells me that “Authentication Failed” when entering netid/password

    Would not lock my sample, which was in CDCl3.

    The AV300 data should be available now via phoenix. Please post again if you see a problem

    NMR data from the 300 is not available on Phoenix. Data from other instruments is.

    Could not log out of computer. Top Spin closed, but I was still logged in. Left the computer as is.
