Lock is not available. Unable to run lockdisp. Error message reproduced below:

I was immediately logged out of my IceWM xsession. A firefox window opened, but otherwise the system was unusable. Amongst the entries in the ~/.xsession-errors log was a line stating:
CPR: Number of “TOPSPIN2” licenses exhausted.
You are trying to run too many copies of this program.
Lock server error message pops up when I try to display the lock window.
Would not log out. System error message pops up
The tuning and matching has been restored.
To all users: Tune and match on EVERY sample. When tuning and matching, DO NOT force the tuning rods to an extreme.
Could not wobb for proton NMR. RGA was set to 50.8 but the instrument seemed non-responsive. I have a screen shot of the Wobble curve if you are interested.
The lock issue is resolved for now. The problem is a known problem and we are keeping it under observation. Please log any future issues with the lock system here. Thank you.

Would not lock on acetone-d6 or CDCN.
