There appears to be a tuning issue with the 300. I am looking into the cause. The 300 will be unavailable until further notice.
Unable to access NMR data from the AV300
The wobb for 1H NMR is very irregular and not responding to tuning or matching. The curve is “upside down” when the sweep width is increased 50 MHz.
I can’t access the ftp site for the 300 (or 500), but the other instruments seem to be fine.
Sample “missing” light is on when the sample is in the spectrometer.
I can’t access the ftp site for the 300. Access to the other instruments is fine.
Issues on the av300 have been resolved.
Please be careful of the power strip which the computer is plugged into when you are near the magnet. Bumping the power to the computer will cause communication errors between the computer and the console.
Same problem as Lucian. Couldn’t connect to CCU.
No response to wobb command: “connection to spect (aqport0) failed unable to connect to remote host”
there seems to be a error in communication between the computer and the instrument. check_birdrack error appears with rga command.
