Error on AV300 during zg: “Error in SGU-2: Error 110 in SGU2: AL SLOT 4 RACK 1: Emergency stop activated, SGU reseted” after final scan.
A new decoy sample has been placed in the spectrometer. Thanks for letting the facility know it was missing.
Someone left their sample in the NMR and the decoy sample is missing. For now I just replaced the personal sample in the NMR when I finished up.
The sample has been unstuck, and the system is operating normally.
Sample spinner is missing and the decoy sample is in the rack…
Spectrometer is not ejecting sample. I can hear the air/gas flow but the sample doesn’t come up.
For whatever reason, the BSMS keyboard was not communicating with the console. Once the BSMS display was called up in the software, everything communicated properly.
If you encounter further issues, please let me know.
When I got to the spectrometer, I saw that the the panel is displaying that the sample is “missing”, however the standard sample should be in the spectrometer. If I press the eject button, nothing happens.
warning about digitizer came up. no data was acquired.
The system is usable again.
Please note: always use the tune tool in a vertical position when tuning and matching the 300 MHz BBI probe. If you use your fingers or the tool is angled, it is very easy to cause a problem that requires a facility manager to fix and down time on the probe. Thank you.
