    The atma command did not seem to work. The error message “cannot initialize parameters for RCU1” appeared. I was also not able to access my previous spectra. When I try to open one to take a new spectrum, the error message “Data set doesn’t exist, or is not accessible, or is corrupt.” appears. Also none of my files appear under the browser tree, so I had to use the protonstd file and encountered the atma error.

    Did not generate a new profile on login.

    Automatic tune and match failed for my sample in CD2Cl2. No problems with the sample on DRX499.

    Heater was off

    J-Y tube stuck in instrument.

    Heater was “OFF” leading to a temperature of 282K. User sample froze.
    Heater has been turned back on. System appears normal at this time.

    Correction- communications error preventing NMR acquisition.

    Probe is missing. No previous log in the book

    Temperature was at 283K even though it was set to 298K. The probe heater was OFF.

    Heater was turned on, temperature returned to 298K per normal equilibrium.
