The dummy sample will not eject with either ej or the keypad. An error message comes up saying that there is a spin rate error, but spinning isn’t on according to the keypad. After closing the error, it comes back up again and again.
The sample will not eject using either the keypad or ej. An error comes up with “Error locked by process 9202” and the keypad has “BSMS protocol violaiton” and “BSMS VME time out” scrolling across its display
Won’t eject sample. Keypad is frozen. Some sort of BSMS error.
Won’t eject the standard sample – when I arrived it said it was missing, then when I tried to eject sample on the manual control board it didn’t work, command ‘ej’ changed it to down but still wouldn’t eject the sample. There were repeated and unstoppable errors about the spin rate.
Standard sample replaced and glass pieces are clear out. Sorry again!
Accidentally broke the standard nmr tube in the sample spinner, I can’t get the glass pieces out. Sorry!!!
TR FT and APK not working during sample aquisition
Screen doesn’t show login box or any sign it is already logged in. Instrument doesn’t respond to use of bsms keys (e.g. Eject)
with topshim, rga, and zg I keep getting the message “Executable process is dead and/or/killed.”
I can’t access any of my old data. I get the error message “Data set doesn’t exist, or is not accessible, or is corrupt.”
