lock would not lock on to CDCl3. the function would display lock finished but the light on the soft keyboard wouldnt indicate it had locked AND an error would be thrown when topshim was started
There was no reaction after typing ej and I found the decoy tube is somehow broken and placed at the desk.
Instrument has been struggling to lock on DMSO, nothing that can’t be fixed by just re-locking but this has happened on two samples now
I can’t tune and match the instrument. When I try to move the yellow rods, the screen doesn’t change.
Error before I even eject the decoy sample, saying that there is a spin rate read error. Cannot do anything with the instrument.

Received error: “Error in copmem: – cannot send command to coprocessor (timeout: flag=1). Check for bad RCU/TCU or chashed startd on CCU.” This occured during a normal HNMR topshim.
Received the error message that topshim couldn’t complete/failed because too many points dropped.
Wobb consistently looks like it has two minima and doesn’t match very well with both DMSO and chloroform.
Received an error message “FieldMap -signal-to-noise is too low: signal loss for long echo time” after topshim. Line shape of peaks was extremely broad and useless. This happened to two samples in CDCl3 that then worked just fine on the AV300 instrument.
