When running spectra, it says that topshim is completed, but my spectra all have very bad shimming- broad solvent peak and weird splitting.
cdcl3 lock failing
“Spin rate read error” pops up endlessly and will not go away so cannot be used. Spin was off. Logging out and back in did not solve the problem.
Attempted to login this morning and received “incorrect password” message. Double-checked caps lock was off. All keyboard keys seem to be functioning properly. Successfully logged in using the same password on the av300 and gg500, so this seems oddly computer-specific.
Received error that I must lock before shimming even after locking. I tried with multiple samples and kept receiving this error.
Software shows desktop, not login prompt. Perhaps this could be fixed remotely?
Sample still stuck and not ejecting.
Dummy won’t eject. It sounds like there may not be a dummy sample in the machine?
Received “spin rate read error” when trying to eject the decoy sample. resolved itself after restarting the program twice
receive error “FieldMap – signal-to-noise- is too low on multiple samples.
