UW CHEMISTRY NMR

We have tested that the UW netid login to the NMR hosts are working once again.   We are requesting users to get back to their normal login mode i.e. use your UWNetid.  The temporary ‘genuser’ account will be frozen with immediate effect.

Users are requested to revert back to their usual UWNetid based login with immediate effect. The ‘genuser‘ account will be frozen immediately.

The LDAP based account needs an upgrade with security certificate and until this is completed, users have to use the genuser account of the past to login the system.  I apologize for the inconvenience.

Users should be able to login without any issues. If not, please do not hesitate to post an entry in the log or contact the facility manager via email. Please include any messages that you notice on the screen.

New computer has replaced the decade old machine in AV300. Users will be able to notice swifter response.  There are a few loose ends to tie and so the direct printing from within Topspin will not work immediately.
