GG500 : ICONNMR AUTOMATION ENDS AT 11.30 AM

GG500 : SYSTEM BACK TO NORMAL – ICON QUEUE RUNNING NOW
Following user input, we checked and fixed any pending issues with ATMA Topshim Tested OK. IconNMR queue has restarted. You can submit samples now. NMR Facility

GG500 : AUTOMATION QUEUE STOPPED FOR MAINTENANCE
There were multiple instances of sample injection failure today. We are testing the system and troubleshooting possible causes. As a result, the Automation queue is stopped. GG500 : Please remove all the sample tubes that have already run your experiments, by 1 PM latest, today. Sample tubes left in the Carousel will be considered ‘abandoned’ and removed for disposal. GG500 – UPDATE ! AUTOMATION QUEUE RESTORED AND RECEIVING SAMPLES
An important hardware upgrade was completed today. This should address the sproadically failing sample landing issues we noticed recently. The vitals are all good and the system is shimmed up and ready. The automation is queue is already running. Please submit samples at your convenience.
