ALERT : GG500 – SYSTEM UNAVAILABLE DUE TO BROKEN SAMPLE
Due to a broken sample over the weekend, the GG500 will be down for probe cleaning and maintenance for a portion of today, Monday, June 16. Please reserve one of the other systems for routine solutions NMR. Please watch for an announcement for the GG500’s return to service. -Adrienne

UPDATE – GG500 AUTOMATION RESUMED
The issues causing the automation to hang has been resolved and the connection to the phoenix ftp server has been restored. Please continue to use the GG500 as usual. Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE ! GG500 – ICON QUEUE GOT RESET (MYSTERIOUSLY )
Here is the latest. Someone or ‘some process’ reset the earlier Icon NMR session and restarted a fresh one. Upshot is that, the earlier submitted experiments are washed away. Please resubmit your experiments, if yours is part of the cohort that got aborted. NMR Facility 6.31 pm 5.15.25
