ALERT ! – DRX499 – PROBE WOBB MALFUNCTION – X CHANNEL
Tuning for all X-band nuclei i.e. 13C, 31P, 11B, etc. is not possible at this time, though the 1H channel is functioning fine. We are looking into this and post an update as we make progress.

UPDATE – AV500 IS OK !
Sample transport is working normally. As a related remark, if you are using special NMR tubes, that have a shifted center of mass, such as high pressure enclosure tubes or J-Young tubes, take extra care in seating the sample in depth gauge before inserting it in the magnet. UPDATE : AV301 : PROBE DAMAGED
The 1H tuning capacitor seems to have been forced beyond its limits and the probehead is unusable currently. We are working on a replacement probehead to take its place. The system will not be ready until tomorrow noon. Please watch this space for further updates.

ALERT: av301 TUNE & MATCH ISSUE
We are currently looking into an issue with the 1H tune and match on the av301. We will update when the issue is resolved.

ALERT : DRX499 – PROBE CHANGE EVENT – 16th Oct ’15
The currently installed TXO 19F {1H,13C} probehead will be replaced by the BBO – X{1H} Z gradient broad band probe beginning 16th October, Friday. ALERT ! – HOUSE AIR SUPPLY PROBLEM
We are aware of the drop in house air pressure that is leading to sample handling failure in all but the AV500 instrument. AV301 : UPDATE – SYSTEM USABLE BUT WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH SHIMS
A damaged insert glass had caused problems leading to (a) in-correct sample landing (b) difficulty in shimming.
