GG500 : SYSTEM BACK TO NORMAL – ICON QUEUE RUNNING NOW
Following user input, we checked and fixed any pending issues with ATMA Topshim Tested OK. IconNMR queue has restarted. You can submit samples now. NMR Facility

GG500 : ICONNMR AUTOMATION RUNNING.

GG500 : AUTOMATION QUEUE STOPPED FOR MAINTENANCE
There were multiple instances of sample injection failure today. We are testing the system and troubleshooting possible causes. As a result, the Automation queue is stopped. GG500 – PLANNED MAINTENANCE , Jul. 1 Mon – IMPACT
For better part of the day on Jul. 1, Monday, the system will be down for hardware maintenance. The automation queue will be stopped early in the morning that day. UPDATE – NEO500 : ATMA issue resolved
Check the quality of your data if it was processed by the system before 3 pm today. If it is not satisfactory, please resubmit it. ATMA was non-functional until 2.45 pm.
