UPDATE ! NEO500 – PRODIGY HAS RISEN FROM ASHES – PLEASE READ
Dear Users After the long and inevitable wait, the Prodigy probe has been resurrected (with a stiff price tag) and returned to us by the manufacturer. ALERT ! GG500 – AUTOMATION QUEUE WILL RESUME AFTER HELIUM FILL
Automation queue will stop during the Helium fill from 10.30 am to 12 noon. The queued experiments will resume after the fill is completed. Always check the instrument reservation calendar, before heading down to the instrument for queuing up samples. NMR Facility Manager 8.6.25

ALERT ! NEO500 – TOPSHIM MALFUNCTIONING
Topshim is not performing optimization although the software goes through the motions. We are looking into it and will give an update as and when feasible. The shim system is alive i.e. you can shim the sample by hand if all else fails. We will keep you updated. NMR Facility 7.11.25
