ALERT ! AV301 – SYSTEM DOWN DUE TO SAMPLE HANDLING PROBLEM
A user sample has broken inside the magnet and the sample Lift function is compromised. I will post an update once the broken sample is removed and the function tested to be normal again. NMR Facility Manager 10/28/2021

UPDATE ! AV301 : SAMPLE LANDING AND SPINNING ISSUES RESOLVED !
Hello Users ! We have done a ‘deep cleaning’ of the sample handling system yesterday and the results speak for themselves. The sample lands properly and it is detected correctly by the system.
