ALERT ! AV301 – LOCK SYSTEM DOWN…

UPDATE ! AV301 – PROBE READY ; ATMA and TOPSHIM ARE BACK !
You can just type ‘topshim‘ AFTER locking on the solvent to shim. You can also click on the Topshim button on top right area of the Topspin window. Please use the ‘atma‘ command for tuning/matching probehead. When in doubt, always type ‘getprosol‘ to get the correct probe related parameters loaded for your experiment. Please feel […]

NOTE ! AV301 : IMMINENT PROBE CHANGE – NEXT MONDAY
On Monday, the 11th of July, the recently repaired PABBI-ATMA probe will be re-installed in the system and tested and calibrated. The broken glass components inside the probe has led to the tuning/matching issues, which is taken care of now. ALERT ! AV301 : PROBEHEAD DAMAGE – BACKUP PROBE CHANGE UNDER WAY
RF coils inside the PABBI probehead have sustained the brunt of shearing forces and the cause is not clear and being investigated. The probe will be sent for repairs to Bruker, the manufacturer.
