UPDATE ! NEO500 – AUTOMATION QUEUE RESUMED AFTER MAINTENANCE
Users Due apologies for the delay in resuming the queue this morning (we posted end time as 8 AM). But the maintenance is complete and the system is ready to receive samples. NMR FACILITY 12/4/24

NOTE : GG500 – READJUSTED SCHEDULE FOR THE HOLIDAYS THIS WEEK
The system will continue on Automation mode through the week and return to interactive session after the Thanksgiving longweekend i.e. on Monday, Dec. 2nd. System will be in interactive mode through next week and get back to the Automation routine on Dec. 6, Friday. NMR Facility 11.26.24

UPDATE : 700 NMR ARRIVAL – ROOM 37, BAG
Here’s the latest. The magnet legs have been moved to the assigned location today. The magnet itself will be moved into Rm.37, tomorrow morning. We will notify of any changes promptly. NMR Facility 11.18.24

NOTE – GG500 : PROBLEM ACCESSING MULTIPLE BUDGET TAGS
We are aware of the software glitch, that does not allow you to choose budget/Worktags from the pull down menu in the Automation window. It only displays the first Worktag from the list. We are working on a solution and will update once it is resolved. NMR Facility 10.30.24

UPDATE : NEO500 – SYSTEM ONLINE AFTER SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE
The computer system is upgraded along with the NMR software. The sporadic crash of Topspin noticed last week, should be gone with this upgrade. Based on feedback, a user might have tripped the red safety lever on the Carousel yesterday evening leading to an ‘abort’ state of the Automation queue. UPDATE ! AV300 – SYSTEM BACK TO NORMAL
We resolved the original issue that was related to Mains power supply to the whole console. We therefore don’t expect any functional changes in the system. But, do feel free to let us know if you observe anything abnormal. The instrument is open for reservation. NMR Facility 10/23/24
