We recovered a broken sample tube from the probe head.  Indications are that improper sample injection by a user has led to this breakage.  The instrument will be released for use after confirming that the probe has not sustained serious damage.  A brief update to that effect will follow.

Sample transport is malfunctioning and sample is not seating on the probe properly.  We will post an update once the issue is resolved.

The problem most probably originated from a voltage fluctuation at an unknown time. The system is brought to its normal state.  Please keep us posted if you encounter any further difficulty.  Thank for your patience.

A possible hardware malfunction in the receiver path makes the instrument unusable.  An update will be posted once we make progress. Stay tuned. Users with current reservation are advised to cancel their time and look for slots in other instruments.

After the final touch up of parameters the TXD-19F {1H,13C} probe head should be ready for regular use by today evening.  Please provide feedback of any abnormalities to the facility staff via the instrument log page.

The amplifier is fixed and ready for use. Please post any peculiar observations in the instrument log.

A set of broken fans in the power amplifier are being replaced, as we speak.  The instrument should be ready within the next half hour or so. Please look for further updates here.

The BBI Z-gradient probe is repaired and back. We will install this probe late on Friday, 13th Dec ’13 and the probe should be primed and ready by the noon of Monday, the 16th. Please contact facility staff with any questions.
