The 700 seemed to be a little glitchy today. I’ve noticed two issues so far: (1) when I type “ij” and say “enter,” I would see an error message that says “command ‘ej_or_ij’ is in progress, please wait until terminated.” However, I was able to insert my sample after maybe 2-3 times of re-entering ij. (2) Lock was taking longer than usual. The status bar would say “lockn: WaitStatusChange[60 sec] AUTOLOCK.” I am not super sure why the instrument is behaving this way (or if I did anything wrong). As far as I know, the instrument was doing fine yesterday.

The reservation calendar seems to be down right now. I can access the NEO queue status but not https://pluto.chem.washington.edu/InstrumentRes/WeekSched.aspx?InstName=AV700. I tried multiple devices but nothing has worked so far.
Lock failed on a sample in CDCl3 yesterday (it worked fine on the NEO)
