AV800 – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Users of 800 spectrometer are reminded that the power outage on April 13 resulted in issues with the cryopanel. Those issues have been resolved. AV301 UPDATE : INSTRUMENT READY FOR USE (AGAIN…)
Users ! Please take a few moments to focus on sample insertion sequence, confirm that the sample is seated properly in the NMR magnet and then start zipping off with your experiments. Remember, one person’s haste can cost lot of lost instrument time for the entire user base. Thank you for your cooperation.

ALERT : AV301 DOWN DUE TO USER ERROR
A user has dropped a NMR sample tube without the spinner and lift air, into the magnet bore. As a result the spectrometer is not immediately useable. The issue will be resolved by Tuesday, April, 2nd and a follow up will be posted here.
