PC has been recovered to functional status. Please note:  If you notice anything with the computer, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REBOOT OR RESET the system on your own !  YOU CAN CAUSE LOT OF RELATED PROBLEMS.  Contact one of us and let us handle it gracefully.
