AV300 : LOGIN PROBLEM RESOLVED

Users should be able to login without any issues. If not, please do not hesitate to post an entry in the log or contact the facility manager via email. Please include any messages that you notice on the screen.

Network issue and its related consequences are resolved.  I will remind the users at this time : “Please help us help you by not rebooting the computer anytime you see an issue. Just post it in the log and let us handle it”. Thank you for the cooperation.

UPDATE : NETWORK AND NMR HOSTS BACK TO NORMAL

The networking issue that caused the slow down of NMR login has been rectified.  Users are requested to report any abnormal behaviour that they may notice.

The slow response of the host computer over the past couple of days is being investigated.  An update will be provided once the cause is identified and remedied.

AV500 UPDATE : LOGIN PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS – WORKAROUND IN PLACE
