AV500 UPDATE : LOGIN PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS – WORKAROUND IN PLACE

It will be at least Monday before the UWNetid related network login problem is sorted out. In the meanwhile, users can use the instrument with the local ‘genuser’ login id. ALERT ! : AV500 LOGIN ISSUE

The login system is down and currently being investigated. Owing to this the instrument is not usable at this point. Please look for an update here about the progress made.

AV500 ALERT ! FILE SYSTEM CORRUPTION

A disk corruption is being looked into. Data cannot be written to the disk until the issue is resolved. An update will be posted once this is taken care of. The spectrometer is not available until further notice.
