UPDATE : PHOENIX FTP SERVER – FUNCTIONING NORMALLY

Since we have moved the 300 instruments to UDRIVE, you will no longer see the static AV300 or AV301 folder appear in the root of the FTP site. Please take note. Otherwise, everything is back to normal. NMR Facility Manager 2/28/19

UPDATE ! AV301 – SYSTEM BACK TO NORMAL

A software upgrade based bug caused the interruption today and we reverted the system to its earlier state, while troubleshooting the cause of the problem encountered. All existing users will now notice that their Topspin file tree shows the following structure: /home/<UWNetid>/udrive/av301/ as the main data tree in the File Browser.
