UPDATE : PHOENIX FTP SERVER – FUNCTIONING NORMALLY

Since we have moved the 300 instruments to UDRIVE, you will no longer see the static AV300 or AV301 folder appear in the root of the FTP site.   Please take note. Otherwise, everything is back to normal. NMR Facility Manager 2/28/19

UPDATE : PHOENIX SERVER – TEMPORARY GLITCH RESOLVED

Some of you might have noticed that the FTP site was blacked out from 11.30 am.  The issue was identified and resolved. Please note that the DRX499 won’t appear in this list currently due to the repair/migration process that is underway with that instrument. NMR Facility Manager 10/17/18

UPDATE ! AV301 – SYSTEM BACK TO NORMAL

A software upgrade based bug caused the interruption today and we reverted the system to its earlier state, while troubleshooting the cause of the problem encountered.  That process will be continued independently on a different system.  As of now, the AV301 is behaving normally and the UDRIVE mounting is restored to normal Data written today […]

ALERT ! AV301 – PHASE 2 : MIGRATING TO UDRIVE COMPLETE

All existing users will now notice that their Topspin file tree shows the following structure: /home/<UWNetid>/udrive/av301/  as the main data tree in the File Browser. Expanding this will show only one branch : /home/<UWNetid>/udrive/av301/<UWNetid>/nmr Underneath this, you will find all your old files residing.
