UPDATE : PHOENIX SERVER – TEMPORARY GLITCH RESOLVED

ALERT ! AV301 : DOWN UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

UPDATE ! AV301 – SYSTEM BACK TO NORMAL

A software upgrade based bug caused the interruption today and we reverted the system to its earlier state, while troubleshooting the cause of the problem encountered. ALERT ! AV301 – NETWORK ERROR

Connectivity to the systems outside NMR lab is disrupted. I will try to fix it remotely if feasible. If not, one of us need to get to the system physically to reset the network. Access to the instrument over the weekend might be disrupted owing to this. NMR Facility Manager 4/21/2018
