ALERT – NMRJUICER IS DOWN

The authentication mechanism that allows UWNetid logins is not functional at the moment and we are looking into it. Until this is resolved, the workstation is not usable. Sorry for hte inconvenience. An update will be posted once the problem is fixed.

UPDATE ! DRX499 – NEW COMPUTER REPLACEMENT IN PROGRESS

The old computer suffered an irrecoverable hardware failure but the storage disks seemed to have survived. The replacement PC for this instrument was almost ready and we are accelerating the preparation of the same. UPDATE – DRX499 : SYSTEM AVAILABLE – NEW COMPUTER UPGRADE INCOMPLETE

The new computer upgrade ran into problems with networking issues. The old computer box is put in place and the spectrometer can continue to work as usual. But for the AV700 and AV800 data trees, files from all the other NMR hosts are accessible now for download. An update will be posted once those two trees are restored as well.

ALERT – PHOENIX SERVER : TEMPORARY DISRUPTION

UPDATE ! AV700 – FTP ACCESS TO FILES RESTORED

Those of you who noticed that the file trees are not appearing on the FTP server for AV700 should see this problem resolved now. Please let me know, if it’s otherwise.
