UPDATE ! : AV500 – SAMPLE HANDLING IS NORMAL
Sample eject anomaly reported by folks today morning is resolved now. Along with it, I have also checked the general health of the instrument and all vital signs are normal. NMR Facility Manager 6/8/2021

The sample eject/inject issue has been resolved. In the process of checking other BSMS related functions, I have also updated the optimal default shim file : stdpabbi.
