ALERT ! AV301 – LOCK SYSTEM DOWN…
Until further notice, the instrument is not usable and we are looking into the cause of the lock failure. Will post an update when the situation becomes clearer. NMR Facility Manager 11/15/16

UPDATE ! AV301 – PROBE READY ; ATMA and TOPSHIM ARE BACK !
You can just type ‘topshim‘ AFTER locking on the solvent to shim. You can also click on the Topshim button on top right area of the Topspin window. NOTE ! AV301 : IMMINENT PROBE CHANGE – NEXT MONDAY
On Monday, the 11th of July, the recently repaired PABBI-ATMA probe will be re-installed in the system and tested and calibrated. The broken glass components inside the probe has led to the tuning/matching issues, which is taken care of now. UPDATE ! AV301 : TXD PROBE IS IN PLACE AND READY FOR USE
The incoming probe is the one you are familiar with : TXD 1H {19F, 13C} probe. This probe has excellent lineshape characteristics and easy to shim. NOTE : You have to run ‘wobb’ command and then tune/match by hand, similar to what you do on AV300 and AV500 instruments. There is no automatic Topshim facility […]
