UPDATE – AV700 : ISSUES RESOLVED

Acquisition as well as Lock problems reported earlier have been fixed. Please send us a feedback if you still notice any issues with as much information that you can provide.

UPDATE : DRX499 – AVAILABLE FOR USE

Many of the issues on the drx499 users have noticed in the past two weeks were due to a faulty board. This board has been replaced and the console is now fully functional. A test run shows normal operation. Please contact Adrienne (amr0311@uw.edu) or Rajan (paranji@chem.washington.edu) with questions.

UPDATE : DRX499 – AWAITING REPLACEMENT CIRCUIT BOARD

A faulty ADC board is recognized to be the most probable cause of problems and an order for its replacement was placed with instructions for expedited shipping. We will update the status once the board arrives and we test it out in the system.

ALERT ! : DRX499 – SYSTEM DOWN – HARDWARE MALFUNCTION

The receiver amplifier is suspect and is giving rise to glitches along the spectral range. AV500 UPDATE : TOPSHIM AUTOMATIC GRADIENT SHIMMING READY FOR USE !

UPDATE ! AV500 – AVAILABLE WITH TXO PROBE

The av500 is now available with the TXO probe. This probe has 1H, 19F, and 13C capabilities with proton decoupling. It is a 5 mm probe, the same TXO you have used on the av500 in the past. UPDATE ! AV700 – FTP ACCESS TO FILES RESTORED
