ALERT ! AV500 – LOGIN SYSTEM DOWN

We are looking into the network related issue, that is preventing from UWNetid logins. The fix should be coming quickly and I will post a message if it is going to be a longer haul. Until then, the reservation on the instrument will be frozen. NMR Facility Manager 7/24/17

ALERT ! AV301 – PHASE 2 : MIGRATING TO UDRIVE COMPLETE

All existing users will now notice that their Topspin file tree shows the following structure: /home/<UWNetid>/udrive/av301/  as the main data tree in the File Browser. Expanding this will show only one branch : /home/<UWNetid>/udrive/av301/<UWNetid>/nmr Underneath this, you will find all your old files residing. The login issue that users noticed is linked to a network outage problem with UW Udrive resource.  As I write this, IT connect has not yet resolved this. So, we have fenced off the cause of the frozen login at our end and users can now login to the system as before. The UDRIVE cloud […]

NOTE – FTP SERVER PHOENIX WILL BE OFF LINE FOR 30 MIN
