AV800: system down due to gradient malfunction
We are waiting for a hardware replacement part. The expected timeline for the same is end of this week i.e. 8 Feb 2013. Any changes to this schedule will be posted here.

AV700: UPDATE
A pneumatic control board failed in the AV700 console, making the spectrometer unusable. We have been waiting for a replacement of the said board from the manufacturer. AV301 : UPDATE ON VT
The chiller unit is malfunctioning and therefore variable temperature is not available on the instrument until further updates. All spectra need to be recorded at 298 K i.e. room temperature.

AV301 : PROBE UPDATE – 19F probe back
The erstwhile damaged 19F probe has been repaired in house and has been tested to function satisfactorily. We thank the users for their patience and understanding while waiting for the 19F probe to be available. Please let me or Paul know if you observe anything of significance with the TXD 1H {19F,13C} probe.

AV301 UPDATE : NEW AUTOMATED BROADBAND PROBE
The 19F probe has been compromised and will need extensive repairs. In place of the old probe, the new BBI probe is installed in the system.
