While we are waiting for replacement of the compromised circuit board, we have patched this unit together to function as a two-channel instrument. The RF related issue is not fully resolved yet. As I mentioned before, there is a potential probehead change that might be called for. UPDATE ! – AV300 AND DRX499 ARE UP; OTHER SYSTEMS STILL DOWN
AV301 : A computer related glitch is the main cause behind the failure and our IT Tech is working on this. AV500 : A malfunctioning circuit board is the obstacle to reviving the system fully. With the backup chiller in place, the VT calibration for the high temperature range is complete. Now, you can simply request the temperature you need to see at the sample.
