Dear Users You might be having issues connecting to Phoenix server from yesterday evening to download the 500 NMR data. We are aware of this and looking into it. Hopefully this will be resolved soon and I will post an update once that happens. NMR Facility Manager 5/2/23

UPDATE ! NEO500 — ALL NORMAL
The sample handling system did enter a failed state but it is reset to normal and it’s working OK as we speak. The cause of the original error condition is being looked into. NMR Facility Manager 4/27/23
