ALERT ! AV301 – SYSTEM DOWN DUE TO NETWORKING ISSUES

We are looking into the network problems that has broken communication with the spectrometer console. Until the problem is resolved, the spectrometer cannot be used. Updates will be posted as soon as the system is revived. NMR Facility Manager 12/29/2016

ALERT ! AV500 AND AV300 DOWN DUE TO NETWORK ISSUES

We are looking into the network problems that is causing these two systems to fail login for users. It is possibly related to the UW IT authentication server and so it might take a while to fix. Please stay tuned for updates. NMR Facility Manager 6/20/16

The network issue has been identified and rectified. All NMR host computers are functioning as expected. p.s.: Sorry for the cliche, but users have taken the liberty to reboot couple of the computers, thinking that they are solving the problem.
