UPDATE ! AV301 – SYSTEM BACK TO NORMAL

A software upgrade based bug caused the interruption today and we reverted the system to its earlier state, while troubleshooting the cause of the problem encountered.  That process will be continued independently on a different system.  As of now, the AV301 is behaving normally and the UDRIVE mounting is restored to normal Data written today […]

ALERT ! AV301 – SYSTEM DOWN DUE TO COMPUTER ISSUE

We are working actively to resolve the issue and will post an update once the task is competed.  Other than the ‘udrive’ mounting problem, we are also aware of the acquisition error messages that was noticed by users. The BBO-1H{X}-Z gradient probe is in place now. Please Remember: After creating a dataset, do ‘edsp’ to re-initialize the new base frequency. Load the default shim file : stdbbo and then start the shimming process. NMR Facility Manager 6/4/2018

The current 1H sensitive TXI-HCN probe will give way to the BBO-Z-gradient probe.  This probe is optimized for X-nuclei but also capable of 1H observe.
