The BBO-1H{X}-Z gradient probe is in place now. Please Remember: After creating a dataset, do ‘edsp’ to re-initialize the new base frequency. Load the default shim file : stdbbo and then start the shimming process. NMR Facility Manager 6/4/2018

UPDATE ! AV700 USERS – INSTRUMENT IS OPERATIONAL WITH SOLUTIONS NMR PROBEHEAD
The current probehead is TXI-1H {13C,15} with Z-gradient. The nominal VT range is -60C to +70C without any special care or considerations. ALERT ! AV700 USERS – IMMINENT CHANGE – SOLUTIONS TO SOLIDS STARTING NEXT WEEK
The 700 will switch to solid state NMR mode beginning April 16th, Monday. It is expected that the instrument will remain in solids operation for a minimum of 2 weeks and it might extend to a month. All solutions users should take note and plan accordingly. NMR Facility Manager 4/11/2018
